West Morris Central High School Project Graduation is part of a nationwide effort to provide graduating seniors with a fun, safe, and inclusive place to celebrate their last night together as high school students. All WMCHS Seniors who qualify to “walk” in the graduation ceremony are invited to attend. This event is our community’s gift to the graduating seniors. It cannot be done without the help of fundraisers and community donors. The party is planned, organized and paid for by parents and local businesses. No monetary support is received from the West Morris Central High School District. Our graduating seniors receive a memorable night of events, music, games, food and prizes. A location is secured and only our graduates and chaperones are allowed in! Parents receive the peace of mind knowing that their seniors are celebrating in a safe and secure environment. This is a party WMC students have looked forward to and will fondly remember for many years. Parents are invited to participate in and assist with Project Graduation. Many parents volunteer to organize and run fundraisers. Local businesses have been instrumental in the success of the fundraising efforts. Some offer discounts to Project Graduation Supporters and some make generous monetary tax deductible donations. How can you help? We are all busy - no argument there - but if we all just did a little bit ................
If you can give 1 hour or 10 hours this year, we could really use your help! Some of the fundraising tasks can be handled by our Seniors. Think service/volunteer hours! |
