Fundraising and community support will make up the difference in cost.
Project Graduation is held on Graduation Night, Thursday, June 8, 2023.
Cost of the event is $100 if paid before 2/28/23. Cost is $125 after 3/1. PG 23 is committed to keeping the attendance cost as low as possible.
Payment is NON_REFUNDABLE UNLESS IN THE EVENT OF A STATEWIDE SHUTDOWN OR MANDATE.

NO SENIOR WILL BE LEFT BEHIND DUE TO FINANCIAL RESTRICTIONS. A limited number of scholarships will be available thanks to generous donations made by senior parents and some specific organizations. If there are particular financial difficulties, please let one of the committee chairs know and we will contact you. This information will remain confidential.
Venue: Iron Peak Sports & Entertainment, Hillsborough NJ.
In addition to the offerings at the facility PG will be fundraising to bring in vendors and activities so that appeal to all our students.

CHAPERONES NEEDED FOR PROJECT GRADUATION
We are looking for 20 chaperones to attend Project Graduation on the eve of June 8th. Chaperones will ride on the buses, be a watchful eye during the evening, but not hover; be available to the students if they need assistance with lost items, food issues, etc., as well as help chaperone at the venue. If you have haven’t volunteered yet this year, this is a great opportunity to show your support. - In the event of a state shutdown or mandate, our deposit is 100% refundable and we will be able to refund those who have sent in their checks to participate.
- We need a minimum of 150 students to commit in order to cover the expense of Project Graduation.
- Once we sign the contract, our deposit is NOT refundable (unless in the event of a Statewide Shutdown or Mandate) AND we will be responsible for covering the cost of the event.
- No refunds will be issued unless in the event of a Statewide Shutdown or Mandate.
